Is PetMerge free to use?
Yes. The Free plan covers one pet, a basic health record, limited uploads and basic PDFs. Upgrade when you need more pets, storage or advanced sharing.
Do I need to create an account before trying it?
No. You can start a record and preview a PDF without registering — we only ask for an account when you want to save, sync or share.
Can I upload PDFs and photos of paper records?
Yes. Upload photos (JPG, PNG, HEIC), scans and PDFs — vaccine cards, discharge summaries, lab reports, invoices and medication labels.
Does PetMerge support multiple pets?
Premium and Family plans support multiple pets, each with its own record, documents and sharing settings.
Will PetMerge change my pet's medical information automatically?
No. PetMerge suggests details from the documents you upload and shows the source beside each one. Nothing is added to the record until you confirm it.
Are exported PDFs official veterinary certificates?
No. PetMerge records are user-generated summaries for organization and communication. They are not official veterinary certificates, diagnoses or travel documents.
How do I delete my data?
You can export everything (PDF, JSON or CSV) and permanently delete pets, documents or your whole account from Settings at any time.
